A smattering of historic and modern quilts will be on display at the Civic Center and the Hulett Museum. Admission is free! Stop in September 24-26 from 9am to 4pm to indulge in local quilting talent. If you are interested in exhibiting a quilt, please call the number below. Space is limited. Converse County Motorsports Complex (CCMC) - “The Rolling Hills Ruckus."
The address for the track is 153 55 Ranch Road Glenrock, WY 82637. There is a $10 gate fee per vehicle. All proceeds go to the upkeep for CCMC. There will be classes for all ages and skill abilities. Sign up will begin at 7:00am. All racers must be a Wyoming Off-Road Racer’s Association (WORRA) member. Memberships can be purchased for $55 for the year if somebody wanted to do the whole series, or a day membership can be purchased for $15.

Platte River Photo Workshop

Join instructors for classroom and photo shoot sessions on Sat and follow up with editing help on Sunday.
Classes are at the Glenrock Rec Center on the morning of March 23, followed by a photo shoot in Glenrock, WY that afternoon. Sunday location for editing class also at the Glenrock Rec Center.
*Lunch provided if we fill the classes.

Discover Our Wild Western History & Scenic Beauty
Welcome to Converse County, Wyoming! While you're here you can take some time to discover the area sites. In Douglas, you'll want to visit the historic downtown area where you can dine, shop and snap a photo with the jackalope statue in Jackalope Square. You can also stop by the visitors center to pick up a visitors guide or map. Glenrock has an amazing dinosaur museum, a historic hotel & dining room called the Hotel Higgins an expansive city park with a historic train bridge over the river. There is a lot more to explore too. We hope you enjoy your visit!
